This year the VFNA Holiday/Christmas and Charity Project is going to support the Arlington Animal Shelter and Arlington Night Shelter.  Below are lists for both organizations.  Please be sure to read the specific instructions regarding those items needed by the Arlington Night Shelter.

Arlington Night Shelter

When providing clothing, towels or blankets, please be sure these items are new clean, with no holes or frayed edges. new preferred.

•               Bath Towels

•               Blankets

•               Coats - men, women and children

•               Colognes and Perfumes for men and women - must be unopened and new.

•               Cough Drops

•               Disinfectant Spray (such as Lysol)

•               Disinfecting Wipes (Clorox type wipes)

•               Gloves - men, women and children

•               Hand sanitizer

•               Hats

•               Scarves

•               Socks - men, women and children

•               Tissues (Kleenex type - either boxes or pocket-size)

•               Underwear - men, women and children - must be new

•               Vicks Vapor Rub

•               Wash Cloths

 

Arlington Animal Shelter

•               Blankets

•               Food - any brand or size bags or cans

•               Newspapers

•               Toys

NOTE: The Animal Shelter will take newspapers anytime.

 

Items will be collected through Friday, December 16.
